Lab-based health coaching for high-performing fathers
You still know how to do the work. It just takes more out of you now. You reread the same email, run out of energy before the day is over, and get home with less patience than your family deserves.
You do not need another pile of health advice. The 5 Labs Guide helps you compare what five functional panels measure and decide which one is worth asking a qualified practitioner about first, instead of buying tests blindly.

When effort stops being enough
Nothing is falling apart all at once. The signs show up in ordinary moments.
Work takes longer
You read the same message more than once. Tasks you used to finish by five follow you into tomorrow.
The tank empties early
Coffee and willpower carry the morning. By afternoon, even simple decisions feel heavier than they should.
Your patience is thinner
Your child asks for your attention at the wrong moment, and your response comes out sharper than you meant it to.
Home gets what is left
You work hard for your family. Then you arrive with no reserve for the people you were working for.
Being told everything looks normal does not give you a next step. Yupi Health helps you find one.
The Yupi approach
Health should not become your second job. We begin with your history, symptoms, routines, goals, and foundations. A screen belongs in the plan only when its result could change the next action.
1
Test what matches the question
Different lab panels add different kinds of information. We choose the window that fits the decision in front of you instead of ordering everything at once.
2
Read the pattern in context
A result means more when it sits beside your history, symptoms, routines, and goals. Franko reads those pieces together and explains what he sees in plain English.
3
Act on what matters first
You leave with a short list of nutritional and lifestyle recommendations. You decide what to use, and the work can deepen only when it needs to.

Meet Franko
I worked as a software developer at Amazon and Microsoft. I knew how to solve hard problems, but I could not explain why I was exhausted, losing my edge at work, and short with my family. One summer morning, I could not get off the couch to play soccer with my son. My routine results still looked normal, so I looked deeper and trained as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. Recently, during a 7 p.m. bedtime tantrum, I did what I could not do before: I stayed beside my son, listened, held him, and waited until he was calm enough to talk. I built Yupi Health to help fathers understand their health information and choose what to work on first.
One available starting point
A mineral screen is worth considering when the decision in front of you is what to prioritize in your diet and recovery, and you want your mineral pattern to inform that choice. The First Read is a functional and nutritional mineral screening based on a hair sample you collect at home. It gives you one useful window into your health, followed by a video session where Franko explains the results.
Read the full scope and limits before you decide. The First Read page explains what the screen can and cannot show, what is included, and whether it is available in your state.
Honest limits
The First Read is a screening, not a diagnosis. It does not read your hormones, your gut, or how well your body detoxifies. It is not medical care or treatment, and it does not replace your physician. The First Read is currently unavailable to residents of New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island.
Deeper path
Sharp Again is Yupi Health's six-month, lab-led coaching program for men who need a wider investigation and ongoing support. Franko discusses it only when that level of work makes sense.
